Shipping & Tracking
Yes! We ship to anywhere in the world.
We charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders, no matter the weight, size or price.
UPDATE: Our business is currently still shipping orders. However, please note that there will likely be a 1-week delay in order processing- and/or shipping time due to our carriers experiencing shipping delays.

The usual time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed.
Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country & region, the estimated delivery time is between 6 to 25 business days. Please consider any holidays or other factors that might impact delivery times.
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 days for the tracking information to display.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email where you can track your order and see the current status.

Every order comes with a tracking number.
Tracking numbers are usually sent out after 5 days when an order has been placed.
For some shipping carriers, it takes 2-10 business days for the tracking number to update in the system.
