This policy explains what personal data Kanzen Knives ("we", "us") collects when you visit kanzenknives.com or buy from us, and how we use it.

• Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone number (if given) and what you bought.
• Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected with cookies and similar tools.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order.
• To answer your questions.
• To prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
• To measure and improve our ads and website.
• To send marketing emails, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Who we share it with

We share data only with services that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers (delivery), Vercel (website hosting), and Meta (advertising and measurement). We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta account.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for the order and for tax and legal reasons. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, and to object to certain uses. To make a request, email hello@kanzenknives.com. We will reply within 30 days. EU and UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority.

Children

Our store is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
