These terms apply when you use kanzenknives.com or buy from Kanzen Knives. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our products are sharp kitchen knives meant for food preparation.

Products

We try to show our products accurately. Colors and patterns may look slightly different on your screen. The Damascus-style pattern on our blades is laser etched for appearance. Our knives are not folded Damascus steel.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Import duties or local taxes charged by your country on arrival, where they apply, are paid by the buyer. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and refund orders placed at a wrong price.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable, and will refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Safe use

Knives are sharp. Use them with care, keep them away from children, and follow the care instructions. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including logos, images, videos and text, belongs to Kanzen Knives and may not be used without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order applies to that order.
