Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all knives included. To start a return, email hello@kanzenknives.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the full product price to your original payment method. Refunds usually show within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay for return shipping.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund, as long as the order has not shipped. Email hello@kanzenknives.com.

EU and UK customers

If you live in the EU or UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
